I am The Lifestyle Curator... guiding clients through trauma-informed healing, somatic therapies, and holistic bodywork to create a life of alignment, freedom, and embodied wellness.  


My approach is deeply rooted in nature, movement, and intuitive healing, helping individuals reconnect with themselves and design a life that feels nourishing, empowered, intentional, and authentically yours.

Who I Am

 I am a career massage therapist with experience specializing in somatic fascial release, embodiment, and trauma-informed healing. I create transformational education, keynotes, workshops, and retreats that support personal and professional growth. 


Rooted in a lifestyle that mirrors my work, I believe in living intentionally—where healing, adventure, and deep fulfillment coexist. I’ve learned that curating a life you love isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment, courage, and embracing the journey of becoming truly you.


With over 25 years of business & professional experience, I’ve built multiple successful businesses, led empowered teams, and served on both local and national boards to help shape my community and elevate my industry. 


My path certainly has not been linear—it’s been deeply transformational, shaped by adversity, resilience, and a deep commitment to growth and personal healing.


I believe our mindset is our greatest superpower. Small, intentional choices create lasting change—and over time, you can design an authentic life.


I’m a creative soul, a facilitator of healing, an educator and speaker, a community builder, and a visionary guide. My life’s work is about consciously curating a life that I love while helping others rise into their own power.

Integrative Massage & Somatic Fascial Release

With over 25 years of experience, my work goes far beyond relaxation massage. Each session is a personalized, trauma-informed bodywork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, release chronic tension, and unwind long-held patterns held within the fascia and soft tissues.


Through intentional touch, myofascial release, slow embodied techniques, and attuned presence, the body is invited to soften, reorganize, and restore balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This work honors the body’s innate intelligence and creates space for deep release, regulation, and renewal.


Trauma-Informed Somatic Bodywork

This offering is for those seeking deeper connection and release through the body itself. Sessions focus on somatic awareness, breath, pacing, and gentle fascial techniques that allow the nervous system to feel safe enough to let go.


Rather than forcing change, we work with the body’s natural rhythms—supporting gradual, sustainable release of stored stress, trauma patterns, and protective holding. The result is not just relief, but a felt sense of grounding, presence, and embodied wholeness.

I offer experiential workshops and educational programs designed for individuals, teams, and fellow practitioners who value both personal growth and professional integrity. These offerings blend practical tools with embodied learning, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed insight—supporting regulation, resilience, and sustainable excellence.

I design and lead immersive healing experiences that invite you to slow down, come home to your body, and remember who you truly are. These retreats blend somatic and embodiment practices, gentle movement, intentional rest, coaching, meaningful connection, and moments of adventure—each element thoughtfully curated to support nervous system regulation and deep renewal.
